Training Subscriptions & Packages:

Our subscriptions include a fixed number of sessions each month, which do not roll over. If you use all of your sessions before the next billing cycle, you can purchase additional sessions at the same subscription rate.

Package rates are determined by quantity and have a defined expiration date. If you use all your sessions before the package expires, you can buy more at same or a further discounted rate if the total matches that of a better package.

 

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel a session, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule for another date. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours of notice are non-redeemable. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via our system calendar, email to train@thetrainedway.com, or text to 310.981.8795. Any sessions canceled by the provider will be eligible for rescheduling.
